We support people in their development, so that they can make the contribution they intend: to their work, to their organisations, to their communities, and to society.

We coach individual people inside and outside organisations, and consult to organisations both global and tiny to do this, from leaders who touch thousands through their work to people whose influence is mostly on those closest to them. We’re dedicated to coaching and consulting that is both integral and developmental.

As well as doing this work ourselves, we are committed to helping others to do it well too. Our coach training courses and workshops, run in partnership with New Ventures West, are highly regarded and help people become skilful, sensitive and effective in the development of others.
