Steve March, PCC
Steve is a senior faculty member of New Ventures West, and founder of the Aletheia school of integral development. He is known for his centered presence, thoroughness, innovative insight, and patient yet persistent style of engagement. He specialises in coaching leaders stepping into new and/or expanded roles and leaders who are burned out (or on the way to becoming burned out). He brings a deep and rich background of sixteen years working in the field of software development as a software engineer, quality manager, senior process consultant, and manager of organisational development.
Steve is a Certified Somatic Coach from Strozzi Institute and a certified Book Yourself Solid coach. His undergraduate studies were in Computer Science and Geology at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He enjoys rock climbing, tennis, qigong, yoga, and volunteering to mentor coaches-in-training and cook for the homeless.
