Supervision is a fundamental part of ongoing development for all of us supporting the development of others.
We aim to create a supervision space that it’s safe, reflective and in to which we can bring all our coaching experiences, and engage in dialogue and learning. It’s a place to be supported by peers in all of our personal and professional development and a place to get curious about all aspects of our work.
Our supervision support is delivered in various formats: Group and One to One Supervision, both in person and remotely, and is open to all coaches with an active practice. We welcome coaches who have trained with any organisation as well as graduates of our own programmes
A number of us at thirdspace have taken up supervision training to support our work in this area and also undertake regular supervision on our work as supervisors.
