Four times a year we host day-long Coaching Roundtable events in London, to which everyone is welcome.
In the morning we run parallel sessions, one for those new to Integral Development Coaching and one for graduates of our programmes.
After a lunch break, we bring both groups together in an enlivening exploration on the special topic of the day. You’ll learn new things about yourself and coaching through group exercises and conversation, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk to graduates and faculty about our variety of coaching courses.
We invite you to join us if:
- You’re curious about coaching, particularly our developmental approach to coaching, and wish to bring it into your work or life as a coach, consultant, leader, or coaching client.
- You’re thinking about joining a professional coach training programme and would like to meet faculty and graduates, and get a strong ‘inside’ feel of the nature and topics of our courses in integral development.
- You’re interested in the lasting development of people – yourself or others.
- You’re a current student or graduate of any of our programmes – and you’d like to connect with others and continue your learning.

An introduction to Integral Development Coaching
A session specially designed to help you find out if our approach to coaching is a good fit for you and learn new methods for working with yourself and clients.
This session begins with an interactive presentation on the work of Integral Development Coaching, during which you are welcome (and encouraged) to participate with questions and discussion. At the end we often have time for a thirty-minute coaching demonstration, working with someone from the audience (perhaps you’ll want to volunteer to be coached).
A special workshop – details to be announced
