“I was already an experienced coach and wanted to further develop my skills, more specifically with the intention of being able to go deeper with my clients, helping them beyond their immediate preoccupations. I am absolutely delighted I made the decision to go with thirdspace and New Ventures West; I find the integral development methodology very complete, rigorous, systematic and humane. It helps me not only with my clients, but also with myself. It was a tremendous self-development experience. The thirdspace team are thorough, loving, fun, experienced, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their students.” – Jean-Stéphane Szijarto, Switzerland
“The training I experienced with New Ventures West / thirdspace was a beautifully woven combination of rigour, wisdom and compassion. So much more than an excellent coaching course, it has been a challenging year of self-rediscovery, and the opening up of exciting new possibilities for both me and those I live, spend time and work with.” – Sue Braithwaite, London
“I want to say a really big thank you for the personal development that the PCC enabled. I am much more present and much more myself, and this contributes to how I build space and influence outcomes in various settings from one-to-one to team settings and with large groups. The work we did during the PCC certification process, which I experienced as truly developmental, has been very powerful. The way I am able to be with my clients, and the way I am able to share feedback very openly with them, really helps them stay present to all that is there in terms of feelings, emotions, etc. It has enabled them to achieve outcomes way beyond what they imagined was possible at this stage of their journey, and much beyond those I would have been able to achieve with them before I was on the PCC.”
– Jany Barraut, OD Facilitator and Coach, Beyond Boundaries, Switzerland
